Life at times can feel overwhelming and we can feel stuck with how to navigate ourselves through it without taking on stress, tension and the many challenges we may face everyday.

 

Often this build-up of tension and the ensuing unresolved issues can lead to behaviours that we know we want to change but do not always feel equipped. This can impact ourselves and others around us.

 

Anna can support you to identify any areas in life that you want to change. Learning to respond with more suitable behaviours is a rewarding process, once these foundations are set the client can feel more confident moving forward.

We all use unwanted behaviours in our lives, and at times these behaviours feel like they own and control us. Anna supports the client to get underneath these behaviours and to reveal where the source of these behaviours are coming from and in learning new management skills the client can begin to bring lasting and true change any areas the client is seeking support in.
